CLINIC CHARGE RN

CMC is looking for a Clinic Charge RN to join our Rural Health team! The Clinic Charge RN leads with a clear purpose of creating a healthy work environment for all staff; while fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and accountability to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. The position is responsible for providing medical support to the Clinicians & Medical teams to provide quality, comprehensive care during complex health situations. Duties of the Clinic Charge RN include working quickly and efficiently at times in a stressful environment while balancing and addressing patient concerns; acts as a patient advocate while completing individual screening, chronic condition(s) education, medical assessments, charting, care planning, stabilization, observation and maintenance, ongoing coordination of follow-up care, and support for an individual’s self-management. The Clinic Charge RN empowers patients to self-manage their condition, and reduce the occurrence of preventable complications and hospital admissions. This position will also serve as the ‘population health nurse’ for our ACO program. Certificates and Licenses:

• Active Washington State RN License, Current BLS certification and willing to complete additional certifications as requested

Based out of our new state-of-the-art, 66,000-square-foot facility near the famous Grand Coulee Dam, we provide professional medical services to the residents and visitors of the greater Grand Coulee area, the five surrounding counties, and the nearby Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation. Salary Range: The wage scale for this position has been finalized for the facility including 26 steps and the selected candidate will be placed on the wage scale depending on years of experience.
