At Encompass, kids aren’t just clients—they’re explorers, creators, and problem-solvers. As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you’ll be the guide who helps children (ages birth to 11 years old) discover their strengths, gain independence, and build confidence—all through playful, purposeful activities.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary dream team (OTs, SLPs, PTs, mental health therapists, nurses, and educators) in a supportive, collaborative environment where we cheer each other on and celebrate every child’s milestones.

Think: floor play, messy art, sensory adventures, and family collaboration that makes therapy joyful and impactful.
