Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location: Child Development Center - Snoqualmie, WA
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling options
Salary: $51,571 – $71,359 (Depending on Experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Make Play Therapeutic: Bring creativity and fun to each session! You’ll help kids develop essential life skills through hands-on, engaging therapy tailored to their individual needs.
  • Team Up: You’ll be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team with Speech Pathologists, Mental Health Therapists, and Public Health Nurses—because great things happen when we all work together!
  • Provide Support to Families: Engage with parents to ensure they’re an active part of their child’s progress, making therapy a family affair. Together, you’ll create a support system for long-term success.
  • Explore the Valley: No two days will look the same! Your job will take you to a variety of early learning programs in the community, offering a fresh experience every day. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to reduce transportation barriers for families in need.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

  • An Applied Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy with current Washington State licensure.
  • NBCOT Certification.
  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative team and provide compassionate, hands-on therapy for kids ages 3-11.
  • A passion for helping children thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least one year of pediatric experience (preferred but not required).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish? That’s a plus!
  • A fun, creative spirit who loves bringing energy to everything you do!
