Who We’re Looking For
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Current Washington State license
- Eligible to bill insurance
- Strong commitment to equity and inclusion
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- First Aid & CPR within 90 days of hire
Extra Awesome If You:
- Are bilingual (English/Spanish = big plus!)
- Have experience or passion for working with diverse families, neurodiversity, and social justice
What It Takes Physically
Work is primarily in a clinical setting, but you’ll also join kids in their world—sometimes that means sitting on the floor, engaging in play, and being ready for the occasional mess (because therapy can be hands-on and fun!).
