Sign-On Bonus | K–3 Teachers | $56,000–$64,600 | 191-Day Agreement
Build strong readers. Lay the foundation for lifelong success. Teach where your work matters.
You became a teacher to make a difference—and at Community Leadership Academy, you will.
We’re looking for K–3 educators who are serious about foundational literacy, who crave a school culture grounded in clarity, consistency, and care, and who want to feel proud of where they work each day.
At CLA, we don’t just talk about high expectations—we build the systems, routines, and supports that make them possible. You’ll teach in a calm, structured environment where kids are ready to learn, colleagues are deeply committed, and your time is respected. You’ll have the space to grow professionally while making an immediate impact.
If you’re looking for a place where teaching still feels like a calling—where your skills are valued, your voice matters, and your students rise to meet your belief in them—this is your opportunity.
