Community Leadership Academy is seeking passionate Preschool Co-Teachers to join our Pre-K program. Our Pre-K classes ensure every child has a nurturing, creative, and developmentally appropriate foundation for success in kindergarten and beyond.

Compensation & Benefits

• $56,000.00–$64,600.00 based on education and experience
• Sign-on bonus to celebrate your arrival
• 7 paid personal days annually

Your Day-to-Day

As our Preschool Co-Teacher, you’ll:

• Provide daily guidance, education, and support to Pre-K students
• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons that foster phonological awareness, early literacy, and social-emotional growth
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with CDHS regulations and Colorado Shines accreditation standards
• Implement Teaching Strategies GOLD and contribute to UPK program growth
• Support staff training and professional development

Who You Are

• You’re passionate about early childhood education and preparing children for a strong start in school
• You’re organized, dependable, and committed to building a positive classroom culture
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and believe in high-quality, developmentally appropriate instruction

Minimum Requirements

• ECE Teacher qualification (CDE requirement) or CDA, AA in Early Childhood Education/Child Development, or CCP
• Current (or willingness to obtain within 30 days) CPR, First Aid, and Universal Precautions certification
• Knowledge of Core Knowledge Preschool Sequence and/or Spalding phonics (preferred)
• Strong organizational and planning skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
