Role Overview
Elementary teachers at CLA:

• Design engaging, standards-aligned lessons using Into Reading, Eureka Math, and Core Knowledge
• Build classrooms that are inclusive, calm, and focused on growth
• Use assessment data and feedback to guide instruction and support student progress
• Collaborate with specialists and teammates to meet diverse learning needs
• Reinforce a positive school culture through consistent routines and clear expectations
• Maintain regular communication with families about academic and behavioral growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• One of the following in elementary education:
  • Colorado teaching license or endorsement
  • 36 or more content credit hours
  • Passing Praxis scores
• For K–3: Colorado READ Act training (45 hours) or passed Praxis 5205
• Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
