Community Leadership Academy (CLA) and Victory Preparatory Academy (VPA) are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Learning Specialist (K–12) to join our high-performing charter school network. This position serves students across both campuses and is ideal for educators who are passionate about helping students with IEPs thrive in a structured, supportive environment while collaborating closely with teachers and service providers.

Role Overview
The Learning Specialist provides individualized support for students with mild to moderate needs through direct instruction, collaboration, and compliance with special education requirements. Responsibilities include:
- Managing a small caseload and providing instruction aligned to each student’s IEP goals
- Partnering with general education teachers to ensure lessons are inclusive and accessible
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team—psychologists, OT, PT, speech therapists, and service providers—to coordinate student supports
- Leading the IEP process, including drafting plans, monitoring progress, and facilitating family meetings
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, including C.R.S. § 22-20-103 and IDEA
- Serving as a resource to staff regarding accommodations, modifications, and instructional strategies
