The Role
The Construction Superintendent will oversee and coordinate field operations and project management for multiple construction projects. This hybrid role ensures day-to-day job-site operations run smoothly while managing the planning, coordination, and administrative components to ensure timely and successful Team Housing Solutions (THS) project delivery. The Construction Superintendent will communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage multiple projects from pre-construction through close-out, being pivotal in the success of new ventures. This role is based out of our New Braunfels, Texas office and requires regular travel to job sites to ensure on-the-ground oversight and seamless execution.Â

Job Duties
Construction Oversight:
- Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project schedules, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Manage daily field reports, inspections, and ensure THS staff compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations.
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, and materials delivery on site.
- Monitor job progress, quality, and costs; proactively resolve issues and delays.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs and coordinates meetings with project teams and stakeholders as needed.
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with THS team and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update construction schedules, ensuring critical milestones are met.
- Manage submittals, submittal logs, RFI logs, and ensure timely processing of all project documentation.
- Assist company, subcontractors, and suppliers in resolving day-to-day challenges to keep projects on track.
Communication and Reporting:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external project communications.
- Prepare progress reports, status updates, closeout documents, and field reports.
- Lead project meetings to maintain alignment with budget, schedule, and scope.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to executive stakeholders and clients.
- Assist in project turn over to THS Operations.
Business Development:
- Assist in identifying new bid opportunities aligned with company strategy.
- Support proposal development and present opportunities to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Senior Leaders to maintain client relationships and support growth initiatives.
