About the Role 

Are you a creative problem-solver who loves bringing ideas to life? Team Housing Solutions is looking for a versatile and innovative Marketing Specialist to join our collaborative, high-energy marketing team. In this role, you’ll help shape our visual brand, design eye-catching content, and support campaigns that connect with clients, partners, and communities. 

From digital ads to printed materials, you’ll create designs and content that not only look great but also drive results. You’ll work side-by-side with other marketing pros, brainstorm fresh ideas, and see your work make an impact in real time. This role is based out of our New Braunfels, Texas office and requires in office attendance during regular business hours. 

Job Duties  

Creative Design & Asset Production 

  • Create high-quality graphics, layouts, and branded assets for digital, print, and event use, ensuring all materials align with brand standards. 

  • Design and prepare materials for conferences, trade shows, and internal events, ensuring a professional and on-brand presence. 

  • Partner with the Communications Specialist and other team members to produce engaging multimedia content, including photography, video, and simple animations. 

Marketing Campaign Support 

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns, from concept to delivery. 

  • Develop content for social media, email, and web—working closely with team members to keep messaging and visuals consistent. 

Research, Trends & Performance Optimization 

  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and analytics to refine creative strategies and optimize campaign performance. 

 

Minimum Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. 

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, design, or related creative work (internships count). 

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or comparable design tools. 

  • Strong attention to detail and design fundamentals (layout, color, typography). 

  • Comfortable balancing multiple projects with competing deadlines. 

  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills. 

  • Portfolio of past work required—may include class projects, internship work, or professional samples. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in photography, videography, or drone operation—plus editing and producing that content. 

  • Familiarity with website builders (Squarespace) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp). 

  • Understanding of SEO and analytics tools to measure campaign success. 

  • Experience creating both short-form and long-form visual content for different platforms.
