Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Human Resources and supervision or management experience.
Skills: Must possess leadership and problem-solving skills, good oral and written communication skills and be adept in effective and persuasive speaking.
Licenses: Valid Florida driver’s license with a good driving record.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Must be able to understand and perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentages.
- Must be able to access, input and retrieve information from a computer system and 10-key calculator.
- Must be able to read and understand general correspondence, legal documents, contracts, proposals, policy manuals, employment handbooks and journals, benefit plan documents and other human resources related materials.
- Must be able to produce reports, manuals, handbooks, critiques, summaries, proposals, legal documents, contracts, and general correspondence.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
- Must be able to communicate by telephone or in person in clear fluent English in a courteous, friendly and professional manner with employees, management, customers, vendors, business associates, guests and other persons.
