Education/Training
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and safety requirements. - Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). - Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Previous sanitation experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Familiarity with chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS)

- Regularly required to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Regularly required to reach with hands and arms, balance, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit.
- Regularly required to bend and twist to clean objects.
- Regularly required to push/pull/lift/carry and/or move up to 40 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move between 41 and 50 pounds, and seldom lift and/or move 51 pounds and up to 100 pounds. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - This is a full-time position. Must be able to work the assigned schedule. This position requires working, 10+ hour shifts, overtime, holidays, as wells as weekends as needed. Work hours may vary, or change based on departmental requirements.
- Must be able to use, or learn to use, all equipment and tools used to perform the job. - Must be at least 18 years of age. - Must successfully pass a controlled substance screening test. - Must adhere to all safety practices and company policies. - Able to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift, in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the Sanitation Associate will occasionally travel through the warehouse near fast-moving powered industrial equipment, experience exposure to vibration and moderate to high noise levels, and experience exposure to varying temperatures, range from below zero in the freezers to 95F degrees or above outdoors
