Job Title: Reporting & Compliance Specialist

Reports To: Reporting & Compliance Supervisor
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reporting and Compliance Specialist to join our team onsite. This role is responsible for ensuring the company remains compliant with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and external audit requests. This role oversees reporting, documentation, licensing, vendor management, and IT/vendor oversight while serving as the central point of contact for compliance-related activities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess an inquisitive mindset, and consistently deliver high-quality, timely results that meet strict regulatory deadlines and play a key role in safeguarding company assets, reducing risk exposure, and supporting operational efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities

Accident Reporting: Compile documentation, facilitate claim reporting, coordinate claims with insurance companies and government agencies, process approved claim payouts, and track internal claim metrics.

Mail Depository Management: Update file index, facilitate scheduled shred dates, oversee receipt and distribution of incoming mail, ensure secure storage protocols, and manage external contact lists.

Audit Support (External & Internal Compliance): Act as primary contact for external audits, manage audit timelines and deliverables, conduct internal audits, provide feedback to staff, and recommend or coordinate training.

IT Oversight: Manage IT vendor relationships, oversee helpdesk functionality, support strategic IT initiatives, and assist in planning and execution of IT projects.
