Major Account Manager (North America)
X2O Media, headquartered in Montreal (Canada) are looking for a seasoned UC and AV Major Account Manager in the NORTHEASTERN U.S. to support the rapid growth of business. The Major Account Manager will be responsible for promoting X2O Media’s OneRoom (Unified Communications) and OneVu (Digital Signage and Data Visualization) offerings within North America in line with X2O Media’s corporate sales strategy.Â
The Major Account Manager is responsible for growing X2O Media’s sales revenue and opportunity pipeline in North America by end-customer acquisition in the corporate (aviation, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, military and others) markets.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver regional annual revenue in line with corporate sales targets for OneRoom and OneVu products
• Responsible for creation, growth and management of the regional opportunity pipeline for OneRoom and OneVu products
• Establish (with support and training) an in-depth understanding of the OneRoom and OneVu products, X2O Media’s market position and the regional competitive landscape
• Research, fully understand and engage/interact with C-level contacts within:
- Regional corporate target market with particular focus on aviation, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and military verticals
- Regional consultant companies who influence AV and IT projects in line with OneRoom and OneVu products
- Regional ecosystem partners who influence AV and IT projects in line with OneRoom and OneVu products
• Produce and maintain a regional go-to-market sales plan/strategy (to include analysis regarding any regional nuances relating to economic or cultural factors which may affect adoption of X2O Media’s technologies). Provide periodic progress updates to the senior leadership team
• Work together with the X2O Media marketing team to produce and maintain a regional marketing plan/strategy which may include tradeshows, events, publications and online presence. Execute physical events supported by the marketing, sales and engineering teams
• Drive proposals, client requests and RFI/RFP submissions to completion by leveraging a strong understanding of X2O Media’s product and customer’s requirements, with the support of the engineering and senior leadership team
• Collaborate with project management and sales engineering teams in the pre-sales and after-sales phases of all sales engagements
• Performs other related duties as required
