Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ proven sales experience in media, marketing, advertising, shopper marketing, promotions, or a media-focused organization; retail media experience is a strong asset.
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; equivalent relevant business experience will be considered.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and nice to haves:
- Bilingual- French
- Demonstrated record of consistently exceeding sales targets in marketing services and/or advertising, working with both brand clients and advertising agencies.
- Strong understanding of media, promotional, and marketing service sales strategies, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and execute strategies effectively.
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-evolving digital out-of-home (DOOH) and retail media environment.
- Knowledge of retail industry dynamics and operations is an asset.
- Well-established network of decision-makers within client and agency communities.
- Proven and outstanding track record of success in selling marketing services and/or advertising to brand clients and their ad agencies.
