As a Warranty Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in our service department by ensuring all warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. You’ll act as a liaison between our dealership, customers, and manufacturers — helping to uphold our reputation for excellent service and integrity.
Key Responsibilities

Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers and vendors.

Track claim status, manage rejections, and follow up on unpaid or incomplete claims.

Verify repair orders meet manufacturer and dealership guidelines before submission.

Maintain organized records of all warranty claims, correspondence, and approvals.

Review warranty coverage and guidelines regularly to stay current with changes.

Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and managers regarding claim status and necessary documentation.

Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and dealership procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Required:

Previous automotive dealership warranty administration experience (1+ year preferred).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficient in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
