Pay range is $60,000- $70,000 DOE

Qualifications

As a Warranty Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in our service department by ensuring all warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. You’ll act as a liaison between our dealership, customers, and manufacturers — helping to uphold our reputation for excellent service and integrity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers and vendors.

  • Track claim status, manage rejections, and follow up on unpaid or incomplete claims.

  • Verify repair orders meet manufacturer and dealership guidelines before submission.

  • Maintain organized records of all warranty claims, correspondence, and approvals.

  • Review warranty coverage and guidelines regularly to stay current with changes.

  • Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and managers regarding claim status and necessary documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and dealership procedures.


What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Previous automotive dealership warranty administration experience (1+ year preferred).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Proficient in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Kia warranty guidelines.

  • Experience with CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds.
