We’re looking for a hands-on SAP Operations Specialist who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and problem-solving. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping our SAP ecosystem running seamlessly  spanning Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials & Warehouse Management (MM/WM), and Finance (FI)  while also supporting integrated platforms like Dealer Portal and ServicePad.

Drive Sales & Distribution Success (SAP SD)
•    Streamline sales order processing, delivery, and billing workflows.
•    Maintain and optimize pricing conditions (VK11, ZPR1, ZVA1 uploads).
•    Ensure smooth integration with FI for invoicing.
•    Troubleshoot dealer sales orders in SAP and Dealer Portal.
•    Deliver insights through sales reporting (open orders, backlog, cancellations).

Keep Warehousing & Logistics Running Smoothly (SAP MM/WM)
•    Support daily warehouse processes: goods receipt, goods issue, and inventory control.
•    Troubleshoot and guide users through MM/WM errors.
•    Configure storage locations, bins, and logistics setups.
•    Monitor and resolve interface issues with logistics partners.

Ensure Financial Accuracy (SAP FI)
•    Support monthly and yearly closing across GL, AP, AR, and Assets.
•    Monitor reporting accuracy and financial data integrity.
•    Manage FI user roles and access securely.
•    Provide audit-ready data and compliance support.

Strengthen Integrated Platforms
•    Dealer Portal (Doobiz): Manage access, dealer codes, and order/pricing integration.
•    ServicePad: Oversee SAP integration and data consistency.

Lead General SAP Operations
•    Train and support end-users with clear documentation.
•    Partner with HQ IT on enhancements, migrations, and integrations.
•    Own SAP-related tickets from issue to resolution.
•    Ensure full compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.

•    Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related.
•    Experience: 3+ years in SAP (SD, MM, WM, FI required) with SAP ECC 6.0; S/4HANA a plus.
•    Hands-on expertise with sales, logistics, inventory, and finance workflows.
•    Knowledge of integrations (IDOC, RFC, ALE) and external platforms (Dealer Portal, CRM).
•    Comfortable with basic ABAP debugging and interface monitoring.
•    Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset.
•    Language Skills: Fluent in English and Korean (verbal & written).
