Required Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of food preparation standards and practices as well as basic nutrition
- Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Education and Experience:
- Must meet a minimum of one of the following requirements:
- Is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist;
- Hold and maintains, or has the ability to acquire a CDM certification
- Holds an Associates Degree as a Dietetic Technician from a program approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
- Must have or able to obtain Serv Safe certification
