EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2+ years related experience.
- Construction management experience desired
- Yardi experience highly desirable.
PREFERRED SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
- Strong communication (verbal and written), decision-making, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of PC MS Office applications: Excel, Word. Advanced skills in Excel (lookup, pivot tables) highly desirable.
- Perform detailed accounting office work accurately.
- Experience working with diverse groups, i.e. staff, residents, outside contacts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle shifting and multiple priorities in a fast paced, growth environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and successfully meet deadlines.
- Flexible, creative, well organized.
- A passion for housing justice and equity is highly desirable

LANGUAGE, MATH & REASONING SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, perorations’', percentage, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
 Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
