EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).Â
- 7+ years of experience in leasing, marketing, or property management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Â
- Proven experience managing lease-ups for new residential communities, preferably in affordable housing.Â
- Knowledge and experience with TCAC, HUD, HCD, RHCP, MHP, CalHFA and HOME Occupancy and Compliance regulations required.

- Strong understanding of fair housing laws and affordable housing compliance.Â

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Current Fair Housing Certification at the time of hire.

LANGUAGE, MATH & REASONING SKILLS
Ability to comprehend and refer to computer manuals, Housing and Urban Development regulations, California Tax Credit Manual, and other agency regulatory manuals and agreements. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, managers, and the general public. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Able to analyze and review financial data. Highly accurate in mathematical computations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to effective problem solve relationships with staff and agencies. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
