Credit Analyst - Tier One

• Prepare internal evaluations, construction inspections, criticized asset inspections
• Monitoring floor plans
• Assist the credit analyst in the process of preparing loan proposals.
• Perform entry-level analysis of financial data, including tax returns and financial statements, of individuals or firms to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money. Consolidate financial data to calculate global coverage capacity.
• Ability to read maps, legal descriptions, and addresses to locate different properties (Google Maps, Agridata, GIS, Plat Maps)
• Track land and machinery sales, and perform annual valuations on equipment lines
• Order commercial and ag appraisals
• Examine files as directed for adequacy of documentation and/or deficiencies.
• Assist credit analyst with request for yearly financials and required documentation.
• Become familiar with location of files, documents, and bank systems (CSI, Document Imaging, S Drive)
• Assist in curing loan exceptions at the direction of the credit analyst
• Keep informed of new programs, services, and accounts offered by bank.

Education

• Above average math aptitude & problem solving skills
• Above average computer skills with exceptional proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
