As our Solutions and Innovation Officer, you’ll be a strategic partner and change agent—driving innovation across the organization. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, tech teams, and department heads to identify opportunities, implement new technologies, and enhance both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
• Collaborate with senior management to shape HOMEBANK’s innovation roadmap
• Identify emerging fintech trends, customer behaviors, and regulatory shifts
• Lead projects from concept to implementation, including testing and training
• Configure systems and software to meet operational and compliance needs
• Use data and feedback to uncover inefficiencies and recommend tech-based solutions
• Foster a culture of innovation through training, internal challenges, and recognition programs
• Ensure all initiatives align with FDIC, FFIEC, GLBA, and HOMEBANK’s risk appetite
