Provide parent support services and wrap-around facilitation services to severely emotionally disturbed children/adolescents and their families on the SED waiver. (“Family” is defined as the persons who live with or provide care to a person served on the SED waiver and may include a parent, spouse, children, relatives, foster family, or in-laws, but does not include individuals who are employed to care for the child.)
