Job Description
The Customer Service Agent I position fields calls, texts, and emails from customers, answers questions about our products or services, processing orders, and handles customer concerns or complaints. Each of these interactions with our customer is documented by the Customer Service Agent I into our client database while ensuring the orders are fulfilled.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls to customer service.
- Respond to customer calls, texts, and emails.
- Answer questions about products and services.
- Process letter requests, and any documentation mail outs needed.
- Direct customer complaints or concerns to the correct representative.
- Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as copying and filing.
- Always adhering to a company’s policies and procedures when assisting customers.
