EDUCATION:Â
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.Â

EXPERIENCE:Â
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or event management.Â
- Experience with program coordination and community initiatives is a plus.Â
- Familiarity with behavioral health or wellness programs is advantageous.Â

- Willingness to work irregular hours (when needed), including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.Â
- Comfortable working in various event settings, including indoor and outdoor venues.Â
- Mobility to move around event spaces and oversee event setup and teardown.Â
- Adaptability to travel for events throughout the organization's nine-county service area as required.Â
