About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-driven Wide Format Print Specialist to join our fast-paced production team. You’ll be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting wide format printers, cutters, and laminators to ensure quality output and timely delivery.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate wide format digital printers, cutters, and laminators
- Prepare digital files and ensure print accuracy (fonts, colors, graphics)
- Perform regular maintenance and replace consumables (ink, bits, tools)
- Monitor quality throughout production and adjust as needed
- Maintain inventory of substrates and materials
- Follow all safety, cleanliness, and HIPAA compliance protocols
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in wide format printing or print graphics
- Familiarity with digital workflows, RIP software, and file setup
- Ability to troubleshoot, think critically, and follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, production-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
