Nightingale Home Healthcare is currently seeking part-time physical therapist with excellent verbal/written communication and teaching skills as well as demonstrable comfort with electronic documentation. The ideal candidate will have previous homecare, outpatient or skilled nursing facility experience.

Job Require

· Active MN Physical Therapist license

· A minimum of one years of patient care experience; preferably in a homecare setting

· Able to travel the assigned territory

· Able to work two days per week as a part-time employee

· Able to assist with on call / weekends when needed

· Active CPR Certification

· Active driver license and reliable transportation

· Electronic documentation experience

· Able to attend orientation in the MN Office
