As the Director of Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), you will play a pivotal role in providing leadership and strategic planning for our outpatient program. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing administrative processes and management systems for geriatric services, ensuring the program aligns with community needs, and achieving facility performance goals.

Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:

• Education & Licensure: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, social work, or related mental health field; valid Washington state licensure in mental health. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in advanced clinical/management practice
• Additional Skill Requirements: A strong knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.

Compensation:

This is a full-time role and the expected compensation for this role is up to $130,000 annually, plus an annual bonus.  We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level.
