Oregon Branch Manager Position Summary: Manages the branch office duties of an organization. Assists with overseeing the development of new business, offices policies and procedures, and profit and loss. Keeps abreast of industry trends. Partners with executive and branch leadership team to support Capital’s culture and initiatives.

Principal Accountabilities & Deliverables
- Identify and train management succession; provide management and executives ongoing results of progress
- Recruit, train, retain, lead, coach, guide and supervise employees and managers at the branch level
- Guide and monitor all aspects of product procurement, warehousing, remanufacture, sales, distribution and accounting functions through effective delegation of authority
- Oversee the management of customer and product selection, credit approval and sales promotions
- Utilize customer and market segment planning to manage growth in sales and profits combined with continuous improvement in working capital management and operating efficiency
- Provide Capital Lumber Company management a timely understanding and interpretation of operating results and critical personnel, customer and supply issues, industry trends and forecasts and insure customer needs are being satisfied
- Ensure implementation of practices and procedures necessary to provide adequate internal control within
- Capital Lumber Company to safeguard its assets, achieve accuracy and reliability in the accounting and financial reporting and adherence to prescribed managerial policies
- Direct the preparation of an annual business plan with the recommended capital expenditures, personnel requirements and salary and wage administration required to support the plan
