Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of customer service and Bank products/services.
- Ability to remain friendly and calm in stressful situations.
- Above average knowledge of fundamental mathematics.
Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:
- High school diploma or recognized equivalent required.
- 1+ years of customer service experience required.
- Experience in retail sales preferred.
- Experience in a professional financial environment preferred.
- Cash handling and transactional experience preferred.
- Bi-lingual preferred.
Equipment/Software:
- Ability to operate general office equipment, banking equipment, and banking systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
