The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Residential Treatment Program. The Residential Nurse performs nursing procedures for the comfort and well-being of clients, including giving prescribed medications and treatments according to approved policy and procedures.

Schedule:
- Available shifts: Part-time (24hrs per week), Non-Exempt (Saturday & Sunday, 10pm - 10am) Fully in office OR Part-time (24hrs per week), Non-Exempt (Saturday & Sunday, 10 am - 10pm)
Shift Differentials: Added to base rate
- 2nd Shift (2pm - 9:59pm): $2.50/hr (LPN) & $3.50/hr (RN)
- 3rd Shift (10pm - 5:59am): $1.75/hr (LPN) & $2.50/hr (RN)
- Weekend (Saturday 12:01am - Monday 5:59am): $1.00/hr (LPN) & $1.50/hr (RN)
What you’ll do:
- Initiate and develop forms, letters, and QA aids as needed.
- Initiate admission Emergency Medical file.
- Coordinate physicians and clinical orders and maintain medical files.
- Inventory and maintain supplies for nursing offices and first aid kits.
- Evaluate client and check vital signs.
- Schedule clients for consultations with staff physicians, as necessary.
- Review laboratory and related psychiatric and medical health assessments as clinically indicated.
- Provide diagnostic reassessment at time of transfer and/or discharge at it pertains to the position held.
- Assist in the health screening of youth
- Provide nursing and emergency care to clients and advises appropriate follow-up as it pertains to the position held.
- Effectively conduct follow up reports regarding care.
