QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Social Work, or Nursing required. Master in related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Health and Human Services required.
- Excellent oral and written, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize, work independently and multi-task.
- Knowledge of community based, caregiver and/or respite services. Experience working with older adults and adults with disabilities.
- Public speaking is required with the ability to present ideas in a clear, concise manner, facilitate group discussion, and conduct trainings for older adult learners, staff, and the aging network providers.
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge in technology platforms, including virtual.
