The Bank of Washington is seeking a Electronic Banking Associate that will give amazing service and support to our customers through electronic delivery methods.
Essential Responsibilities:

Provide assistance and guidance to other employees with customer related issues, including but not limited to online and mobile banking, debit cards, ACH origination, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, positive pay or ATMs

Provide quality service via telephone and email, ensuring that the customers’ needs are met by having the ability to listen and analyze problems, determine the approach and/or solution and communicate resolution to customers in a timely and professional manner
Preferred Education, Experience, Technical Knowledge and Skills:

Possess clear, concise, effective written and oral communication skills to effectively express thoughts, ideas and concepts to internal and external customers
