Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator with experience in loan operations and a strong understanding of digital banking platforms.  The ideal candidate will support cross-functional projects focused on enhancing customer and employee experience.  Working in a team environment and with adjunct teams, the Project Coordinator must possess excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills, along with a solid foundation in financial services. This role will continue to provide ongoing product support post-implementation to ensure smooth operations, adoption, and continuous improvement.                     

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned bank projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between end users and technical teams to ensure successful performance of banking solutions.
  • Assist in identifying risks, issues and dependencies and work with relevant teams to address them properly.
  • Assist with facilitating meetings, prepare agendas, document action items and follow up on deliverables.
  • Support testing and roll out of new features and functionality for banking solutions.
  • Interact with all levels of the bank.
  • Responsible for learning all bank products and services.
  • Learn additional ancillary programs to assist other teammates.
  • Provide ongoing product support, including tracking support for tickets, coordinating fixes, updating documentation, and facilitating user training or communication as needed.
  • Assist with other duties assigned by the Director of Product Development.

Preferred Education, Experience, Technical Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Have a banking background.
  • Have a technical background.
  • Experience with PC – knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Direct experience working in loan operations
  • Experience/Familiarity with Fiserv, nCino, Q2ebanking applications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience supporting product lifecycle after deployment in a financial services environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Meets deadlines without disruption to daily operations. 
  • Leader and adapts to change.
  • Is innovative and creative in accomplishing the work.
  • Demonstrates ability to lead meetings, speak in public, and prepare written correspondence.
  • Develop professional rapport with others
