We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator with experience in loan operations and a strong understanding of digital banking platforms. The ideal candidate will support cross-functional projects focused on enhancing customer and employee experience. Working in a team environment and with adjunct teams, the Project Coordinator must possess excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills, along with a solid foundation in financial services. This role will continue to provide ongoing product support post-implementation to ensure smooth operations, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned bank projects.
- Serve as a liaison between end users and technical teams to ensure successful performance of banking solutions.
- Assist in identifying risks, issues and dependencies and work with relevant teams to address them properly.
- Assist with facilitating meetings, prepare agendas, document action items and follow up on deliverables.
- Support testing and roll out of new features and functionality for banking solutions.
- Interact with all levels of the bank.
- Responsible for learning all bank products and services.
- Learn additional ancillary programs to assist other teammates.
- Provide ongoing product support, including tracking support for tickets, coordinating fixes, updating documentation, and facilitating user training or communication as needed.
- Assist with other duties assigned by the Director of Product Development.
Preferred Education, Experience, Technical Knowledge, and Skills:
- Have a banking background.
- Have a technical background.
- Experience with PC – knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Direct experience working in loan operations
- Experience/Familiarity with Fiserv, nCino, Q2ebanking applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Experience supporting product lifecycle after deployment in a financial services environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Meets deadlines without disruption to daily operations.

- Demonstrates ability to lead meetings, speak in public, and prepare written correspondence.
