Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years of prior experience in program operations and scheduling and/or project coordination/management
- Scheduling and calendaring for programs/projects
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with internal and external partners and demonstrate the highest level of service
- Strong relationship management skills coupled with a teamwork mentality
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters expeditiously and proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion
- Forward thinker who proactively seeks support opportunities and proposes solutions
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable, flexible, and resourceful with the ability to work effectively with little supervision
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comprehensive proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, economic development, real estate development, political science or related field
