Type: Full-Time

Are you passionate about creating fun, inclusive, and engaging environments for students? Do you thrive in leadership roles and love organizing events? We’re looking for a Dorm Recreation Supervisor to bring energy, creativity, and structure to our dorm life!

What You’ll Do:

· Supervise and manage recreation spaces (game rooms, lounges, fitness areas)

· Plan and lead recreational activities, tournaments, and social events

· Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming atmosphere for all residents

· Monitor equipment and ensure proper usage and maintenance

· Collaborate with center’s leadership staff and other campus staff to support student wellness

What We’re Looking For:

· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

· Experience in recreation, student life, or event planning (preferred)

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

· CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

· A positive attitude and a passion for student engagement!

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school preferred. A minimum three years of experience in recreation management/physical education and a substantial experience working with youth. Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements.
Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and / or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.
