Job Title: Sous Chef

Job summary:
The Sous Chef assists the Chef de Cuisine in the daily kitchen operations including menu development, purchasing, inventory, and cost control. They will also have an active role working in the kitchen side by side with the staff.

Keeps workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.

With the chef de Cuisine, resolves operational issues.

Performs opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines.
