About the Position:

The main objective of the Marketing & Event Specialist is to elevate Robet Madden’s marketing initiatives. This role partners directly with Marketing and Sales leadership to design, execute, and manage marketing programs, campaigns, and events aligned with internal sales goals. The candidate will also enhance internal and external communications by creating engaging content through collateral, email marketing, photography, and social media management.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Essential Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute customer-facing and internal company events, including venue selection, budget management, and on-site coordination.
  • Manage the company’s social media platforms, including content creation and digital asset development.
  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Create and update digital and print marketing materials as requested by various RMI departments.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns.
  • Support seasonal parts promotions during Spring and Fall.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities:

    This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

    Qualifications, Attributes, Education, and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events, Communication, or equivalent professional experience in marketing and communications.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing or event management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with email marketing and social media management.
  • Ability to support the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Manager as needed.
  • Excellent prioritization, organizational, and project management skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Computer Skills:

  • Exceptional computer proficiency, including advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with design software such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
