Essential Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and direction to the branch team.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales and profitability goals.
• Manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
• Oversee sales activities, including customer acquisition, retention, and upselling of HVAC products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Implement efficient inventory management procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
• Collaborate with territory managers and other branch managers to share best practices and drive operational improvements.
• Lead and participate in regular branch meetings to review performance metrics and set targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch personnel to enhance their skills and contribute to the branch's success.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and handle complex service requests.
• Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase branch visibility and market share.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales, service and warehouse staff.
• Provide guidance, set performance expectations, and conduct performance evaluations.
Qualifications, Attributes, Education, and/or Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in HVAC or warehouse management preferred.
• Proven experience in HVAC industry leadership roles, with a strong understanding of HVAC products and services.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of HVAC industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
