What You'll Do

  • Develop best-in-class qualifications packages
  • Track public leads using on-line subscription services and coordinate outreach by Project Managers to potential clients
  • Support project pursuits with outreach to industry marketing peers
  • Delegate and oversee and review qualifications-related tasks performed by the Marketing Team (Marketing Coordinators & Assistants)
  • Coordinate the development of approach text and edit materials written by Project Managers for inclusion within qualifications packages
  • Develop and maintain marketing boilerplate materials and other standard collateral to help ensure their quality
  • Prepare written and visual information for presentations
  • Support communications initiatives
  • Provide support for project interviews, including the development of materials, and upon occasion, strategic client analysis and presenter coaching
  • Maintain content within the marketing database and run a variety of reports
  • Support business development activities of the firm’s management staff and conduct peer-to-peer business development
  • Provide guidance for Marketing Coordinators and Assistants
  • Plan and coordinate marketing special events
  • Support the department’s strategic initiatives and operations goals by coordinating initiative-focused groups
  • Maintain an active involvement in marketing professional organization (SMPS)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

What You Bring

  • College degree
  • At least 2-3 years as a Marketing Coordinator, ideally with an architectural, engineering, or general contractor firm
  • Exceptional writing, graphic design, and analytical skills for developing audience-focused materials
  • Proven ability to understand and translate technical information
  • Talent for juggling multiple deadlines
  • Experience working closely with and leading others
  • Knowledge of green buildings issues extremely helpful
  • Must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • Experience with databases, particularly Deltek VantagePoint software

 

What We Offer 

 

  • Hiring Base Salary Range: $71,000-$95,000 annual 
    • This position is eligible for time and a half overtime pay
    • Open to candidates in New York City, New York 

 

The base salary is one component of PAE’s competitive compensation package for employees. We take into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic location in determining exact salary offered. At PAE, roles are eligible for additional rewards, including salary increases and annual bonuses based on individual performance. The above range represents PAE's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
