Position Overview
The Director of UX/UI will lead this evolution. You’ll inherit a nascent design foundation and build it into a high-impact, user-centered, strategically aligned function. This is a true player-coach role: you will define the design vision and strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to produce UX flows, prototypes, and polished UI. You will introduce clarity, process, and rigor; champion user research and insights; and build a culture where design is seen as essential, influential, and deeply integrated into product strategy.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements.
Pay range: $115,000 - $120,000 Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.
Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
