As a(n) Commercial Services Officer at Sandia Area, you are responsible for delivering excellent service while maintaining personal accountability in your actions and behaviors. Reporting directly to the Vice President Commercial Lending, the Commercial Services Officer is responsible for opening, maintaining and closing business accounts in accordance with Credit Union policy, establishing online account profiles for new members, cross-selling additional products, training Member Consultants about business products and services, assisting members with online services and participating in networking or community events when requested.
Duties and responsibilities
Department Operational Support

Performs loan interviews, gathering background information on loan applicants such as consumer reports, employment/income verification, etc. to provide to the VP Commercial Lending, Commercial Loan Officer, or Commercial Loan Analyst.
