KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Good interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to analyze technology-related issues, troubleshoot, and implement technology-based solutions.

Ability to maintain organizational & documentation required to maintain inventory systems, day-to-day processes, and procedural run-logs.

Ability to communicate highly technical information into user-friendly terms to both users, managers, vendors, and other support staff.

High level of organizational skills.

Ability to set priorities to meet deadlines.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Associate's degree in computer information systems or similar technology certifications required. Experience may be substituted for education.

Two years of information system operations experience with progressive responsibilities in information technology procedures.

Knowledge of OpCon is a plus.

CCT, CCENT, or higher Certification preferred.

Certificates in Security, A+, Network, CCNA+, VMWare or Microsoft are desired.

Proficiency with MS Windows, MS Outlook, MS Office, MS Exchange, MS Hyper-V, and MS Active Directory.

General knowledge of credit unions or financial institutions is preferred.
