š¾ What Youāll Do
Leadership & Culture
ā¢ Promote a fun, respectful, and positive environment on and off the court
ā¢ Support and supervise Tennis Pro Shop Attendants
Coaching & Instruction
ā¢ Teach dynamic group and private lessons for juniors and adults (indoors & outdoors, hard & soft courts)
ā¢ Coordinate and lead tennis socials, leagues, and mixers
ā¢ Support junior development programs and special events
Member Services
ā¢ Book courts and lessons, answer phones, and assist with tennis shop sales
ā¢ Provide racket stringing, gripping, and minor repairs
ā¢ Ensure the courts and tennis areas are in tip-top shape
Team Support & Admin
ā¢ Attend staff meetings
ā¢ Assist with club communications and event promotions
ā¢ Tackle other duties as assigned by the Director of Tennis
