šŸŽ¾ What You’ll Do

Leadership & Culture
• Promote a fun, respectful, and positive environment on and off the court
• Support and supervise Tennis Pro Shop Attendants

Coaching & Instruction
• Teach dynamic group and private lessons for juniors and adults (indoors & outdoors, hard & soft courts)
• Coordinate and lead tennis socials, leagues, and mixers
• Support junior development programs and special events

Member Services
• Book courts and lessons, answer phones, and assist with tennis shop sales
• Provide racket stringing, gripping, and minor repairs
• Ensure the courts and tennis areas are in tip-top shape

Team Support & Admin
• Attend staff meetings
• Assist with club communications and event promotions
• Tackle other duties as assigned by the Director of Tennis

Qualifications

šŸ“š What You Bring

• College degree preferred (Physical Education or Sports Management a plus)
• 2–3 years of competitive play and teaching experience (4.0+ player rating)
• 1+ year of supervisory experience
• USPTA or PTR Certification required
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about the game and guest service

šŸ’Ŗ Physical Demands

• Stand, walk, run, and coach outdoors for extended periods in all weather
• Lift and move equipment regularly
• Safely adjust play intensity for varying student skill levels
