Host/Hostess – Snowmass Club

šŸ‘‹ What You’ll Do

Leadership

  • Promote a positive, welcoming, and service-oriented restaurant culture


Service

  • Review daily reservations and assign appropriate tables

  • Warmly greet arriving and departing members with a genuine smile and eye contact

  • Escort guests to their table, present menus, and introduce their server

  • Answer incoming calls, assist with reservations across all F&B outlets, and take to-go orders

  • Attend to special requests and ensure a smooth, enjoyable dining experience

  • Communicate menu items and daily specials confidently


Safety & Sanitation

  • Follow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies

  • Maintain a clean, organized host podium and surrounding areas

  • Know required procedures for emergency situations


Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist the dining room team by setting/clearing tables, refilling water, and serving beverages when needed

  • Remain attentive to guest needs throughout the dining experience

  • Observe service details (like drink refills) even when assisting other tasks

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

šŸŽ“ Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • 1 year of related service or hosting experience preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages

  • Food safety certification preferred

  • Alcohol certification preferred


šŸ’Ŗ Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Stand for long periods; walk, climb stairs, bend, kneel, and reach

  • Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

  • Frequent repetitive motions

  • Work in hot, humid, and noisy environments
