What You’ll Do

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for employees and members needing IT help (phone, email, chat, or in-person).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues with efficiency and care.

  • Walk users through fixes step-by-step—no jargon required.

  • Support installations, upgrades, and maintenance of systems and servers.

  • Ensure data backup and archiving processes are running smoothly.

  • Document issues and solutions so the next person is set up for success.

  • Share user feedback and ideas for improving IT systems and processes.

  • Collaborate with your teammates to keep CRC tech reliable, secure, and employee-friendly.

The Details

  • Work Environment: Office setting with low noise (and good coffee).

  • Physical Demands: Primarily computer work with occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs. frequently).

  • Travel: Less than 10%.

  • Education/Experience: Associate’s in IT or related field + 1 year of related experience (or equivalent).

  • Bonus: Experience with CRCLink software.

Qualifications

Competencies

  • Ability to solve problems, propose solutions, and work collaboratively
  • Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL).
  • Effectively coordinate multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Effective listening, time management, organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to interact with a variety of people while establishing/maintaining positive and effective working relationships 

Travel required

 Less than 10%

Required education and experience

  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred education and experience

  • Experience using CRCLink software
