Introduction: The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst I’s primary responsibility is the operation, maintenance, and auditing of the organization’s IAM solutionsensuring the security and integrity of our digital assets.Â
I. Identity and Access Management
Goal: To manage, operate, and audit our organization’s identities
- Manage user identities and access privileges throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Utilize cloud and on-premises software to manage identities and user access
- Implement automated workflows for user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control
- Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to ensure compliance and security
- Configure and manage single sign-on solutions to simplify user authentication and improve user experience
- Enforce governance policies, monitor access activities, and detect unauthorized access attempts
- Collaborate with internal security and compliance teams to address and remediate identified risks
- Collaborate with information technology and helpdesk teams to improve user access and experience
- Travel to various Mercy House locationsÂ
II. Miscellaneous
- Attend staff meetings and training workshops as required
- Enhance job performance by applying up-to-date professional and technical knowledge gained by attending seminars and conferences, and reviewing professional publications
- Perform ad hoc projects as appointed by supervisor
