Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. OR Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Introduction: The IT Help Desk Technician I’s primary responsibility is providing IT system support for the agency with a priority on ticketing and IT administrative office tasks. This position reports to the IT Help Desk Supervisor and requires a valid driver’s license and current insurance as the technician will be required to go out in the field.
