Job Purpose:
- The Catering Sales Associate at KOLACHE FACTORY INC is responsible for driving sales and expanding the catering client base. This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with clients, coordinating catering orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Catering Sales Associate will play a key role in promoting the company’s catering services and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase catering sales and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of catering orders, from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with stores to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and conditions as needed.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to boost catering sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and order details.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the food and beverage or catering industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in customer relationship management and maintaining client accounts.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills to address client needs and concerns.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client demands.                                                                                                                                - Must speak English.                                                                                                                                                                                                                - Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) is a +++.                                                                                                                                                                                 - Good driving record with ability to pass driving record check.
