Key Responsibilities
- Gain a strong understanding of the industry, the number of hires needed, the types of roles, and the skills and experience required.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, values, fit, and alignment with our needs, while maintaining clear and detailed tracking of all candidate interactions for a smooth transition to recruitment
- Create and execute sourcing strategies to proactively build strong pipelines of top talent, focusing on identifying passive candidates for current and future roles
- Conduct market research to map out the best talent sources and identify the most effective areas to target, ensuring our hiring efforts align with Shared Wellness growth plans
- Consistently build and maintain candidate pipelines by leveraging sourcing tools to identify and engage potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with human resources and program specialist to understand the company’s hiring goals, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure alignment in finding the right candidates – especially for our hard-to-reach talent- for key roles
- Reach out to passive candidates through personalized, engaging messaging, continuously adapting your approach, while building relationships to drive interest and excitement
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens and interviews, and guide candidates through the selection process.
- Continuously improve our sourcing processes, tools and methods as you learn more about our business as it evolves
To thrive in this role, you must have:
- Extensive/proven experience in talent sourcing
- Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills
- Excellent analytical and research abilities
- High level of proficiency in sourcing tools, creative sourcing methods, and recruitment technologies
- A passion for “the hunt” and using innovative, out of the box tactics to find talent
- Experience in the non-profit sector preferred
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School diploma (required); bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends as needed
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in human services, healthcare, or related fields.
- Experience with Paycom or similar applicant tracking systems preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong familiarity with social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices
